DiggerSafe (Digger Gray / DiggerSafe App) allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
1. Email diggersafe@gmail.com from the email address linked to your DiggerSafe account.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it.
Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:
We will process deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
You can also remove locally stored data on your own device at any time via Settings → Delete All Data within the app. Note this only clears data stored on your device — to delete your account and cloud-synced data, please follow the email request process above.
